I am finally manning up and brewing again. After an almost full 12 month break due to the Army, I ordered a recipe kit and it should be here tomorrow! I hope I don't ruin it from lack of memory!
 
If it is a kit, it will be hard to ruin. Do you have everything cleaned, sanitized and ready to go (bucket, hoses, chillers, utensils, etc.)? What water will you use? Ice?

Im going to soak all of my stuff tonight or tomorrow and brew saturday. Water ill probably buy gallon jugs and same with the ice.
