It only took an afternoon to build.
Looks great, only question on my mind is if there's any risk of setting the top or bottom tier on fire when you turn up your burner?

No chance of that, there isn't a burner!
Q for OP, are you going to move your burner or get another one? Just wondering...
edit to add...nvermind-I see the second propane tank, I figure another burner is forthcoming...
Looks good, although I don't get why you have it so high! I would have made the distance between 2nd and 1st tier a lot shorter.
I think that is to allow for the addition of the boil pot burner!
wood has treated me very well and I'm sure you're going to be very happy with your new stand.
Update:
Since I built this last February, I've brewed 2 different Alt-biers, an Oktoberfest, a Cream Ale, a Bavarian Hefe, and a Honey Brown Ale. I absolutely enjoy brewing using my brew-traption. Love the mobility it provides as well as the organizational aspects of it. On the backside (tall end) I have mounted a water filter and hose setup for filling my HLT. I've also mounted several hooks of various sized to store the various hoses, stirrers, tools, etc. that I use during a typical brew session. One of the most useful items I've built.
I know you posted this in 2011, but I came across it recently. Do you have a list of the lumber/items needed to build this?It only took an afternoon to build.
