Hello everyone,
This is my first post but I have been reding for a while.
I have made a few beers all of which have I used extract with some specialty grains. I have a German Alt in my Secondary right now and would like to try using Gelatin to help clear the Brew. I got some clear flavorless gelatin but dont know how to add it. Do you mix it in some water before adding? How much do you use?
I have ALWAYS used Isinglass finnings but wanted to try something different this time.
