I am trying to determine what is causing sneezing fits when drinking certain beers. The latest is Great Divide Hades. Someone suggested a yeast alergy. Is there a way to know what yeast is used and how to avoid it in other beers? Another alergic reaction came after drinking a deliscious beer from Funkwerks, but don't remember which one....

I would think a yeast allergy from your beer would show up as hives not sneezing, assuming your drinking it not snorting it. :D

I know that some smells tickle my nose, causing me to sneeze. Maybe certain hop aromas do the same to you?

The pollen from hops plants can bother some people when it's growing. Don't know about drinking it though.
