Can I brew malt soda with a regular liquid malt extract and skip the hops on my recipe? How would I naturally carbonate without having the drink turn into beer?
Also, all malt sodas I've had have been dark, but will it also work with a lighter malt extract such as Bavarian Wheat (I will have extra when I brew my next batch of beer).
