For instance, 110F - over or under?
 
It is my suspicion that you've probably lost some organisms there. Worse, there's probably some stuff that does OK at 140, so even if everything survived it isn't necessarily at the same proportions as before.

Make a small batch and see how it works out, but don't get your hopes up.
 
Probably over, maybe around 140F. It was really warm :(

Ouch, you might have killed the bacteria you want and could harbor the kinds you don't.
Give it a week, see what happens. If it starts to mold at all, toss the whole thing and start over.
