Bourbon Vanilla Imperial Porter: What BJCP Category?

Hey all i wanted to see which category the BVIP would go under... Naturally I would think 12C Baltic Porter, but the bourbon and Vanilla would lead me to think that it should be entered as a specialty beer.

Any thoughts or recommendations?
 
21A - Spiced Beer, or 23A - Specialty.

Bourbon and Vanilla would both be out of style for 12C unless they are very subtle background flavors.
