heres is what i am thinking of for a 5 gal batch.. please let me know what you think
5 lbs briss white wheat
5 lbs vienna malt
1 oz hallertau 4.6%AA @45min
.5 oz hallertau 4.6%AA @ 15min
3lbs raspberry puree into secondary
nottingham yeast
mash @ 152 for 60 min... im going for a dry fruity finish
