Hoping to do this batch in the next few weeks. I have most of the ingredients already. Designed with the help of the BrewR app. All numbers are estimates. Hops are pellet except for dry hop addition which will be whole. Thanks.

I'm new to dry hoping and secondary fermentation. So if anyone wants to recommend when I should rack over and add the hops, I'd be super grateful. Was thinking about going into the secondary and hoping at the same time after 14-21 days. Conditioning would be another 7 days I'm guessing..

Actually I'm thinking about using a 5 gal carboy for the secondary. So I may use the whole hops at 15 min and use pellet for dry hoping. Since I hear whole hops into a carboy can be a pain...

I think 1.65 lb is too much crystal plus honey malt. I'd back those down to about 0.5 lb total personally, or definitely not more than a pound. I would dry hop any time after primary fermentation is finished, and about 5-7 days before packaging. Whole hops in a bag are a pain in a carboy. If you are okay racking under them then you can just dump them in.

It turns out I had less than I thought anyway. I used some for something else. Edited original to show change.
