Logo help

Hey everyone,
I have 0 artistic ability and was looking for people to help out with a brewery logo.
The name of my brewery is North Shore Brewery, LLC. It is located on the North shore of Long Island, NY, hence the name
I started to put down some ideas and I came up with the following:

Water and a nun bouy
a life ring
an anchor
maybe a boat?

And then the name would be inside the outline of the shape of Long Island.

All ideas are welcome.

Not sure I like the idea of a nun bouy. it looks kinda simple maybe?


I'd think a shoreline or beach look might be kinda neat w/ the text in front of it (to the left of the image?).


an anchor might kinda cool to though. maybe an artistic view or abstract image of an anchor..

I'm also not sure if the outline of long island is a good idea but it's something to play with.
