All I can find is that it runs 65 IBUs.
I love this beer, but it's a bit expensive to drink frequently here in Toronto (and hard to find). From what I tasted it wasn't using the typical 3-Cs for the hops bill. You might try emailing them, I have no idea how helpful Dieu du Ciel is to homebrewers though.

Well I don't feel so bad, it's around the same price here. I like most of the Dieu du Ciel stuff, biggest regret of my last trip to Montreal was not stopping at the brewpub, be nice to taste it fresh and not warehoused for weeks.
