I decided to try buying individual ingredients instead of using a kit for the first time. I have the a home brewing book that was suggested to me on this site, and one of the recipes for an IPA called for some specific hops.

It called for 1 oz of Cascade hops at 7% alpha acids and 2 oz of Norhern Brewer hops at 7.7% alpha acid.

I found the Cascade hops, and I found 1 oz of UK Northern Brewer hops, but I couldn't find another package of them. So instead i found a UK Challenger hops at 7% alpha acid...So I just got that instead.

I'll assume the beer would be slightly less bitter overall since it's .7% less bitter then the Northern Brewers, but other then that, will it alter the flavor of the beer drastically?
