Got an idea of one of these posts for 6 gallons of some cheap apple cider.

Add a couple of pounds of sugar. I know last time I used a cider liquid yeast. But I dont have that available right now.

I have an extra pack (yellow) of dry muntons yeast. Ive never used dry yeast before but am assuming this will work in a cider.

What do you think?:cross:

I used Muntons dry yeast for my cider. It fermented just fine, and i just kegged it after about a month. It is real dry, and doesn't really taste great now, but I'm hoping time will help it out.
