I want to expand to 5 kegs and currently only have a 2-way manifold (like the one pictured). Is there any way I can buy a 3-way manifold and connect it to the one I currently have? Or do I need to buy a 5-way splitter?? Thanks in advance!

You can remove the plug from the left side, buy a short brass nipple at lowes or HD and add a 3 way manifold to the setup. Then just remove the barb and screw in the other side of the nipple into the female thread where the nipple was.

You could certainly daisy-chain a second manifold to the first one. You could remove the plug on yours, and the barb on the new one, and use a pipe nipple to connect them. Or you could remove the plug on yours and add a barb, and stick a piece of tubing in between...

Cheers!
