I am planning on making ten gallons of cider, want to throw out a couple of questions.

I have 1 liquid pack of yeast for cider. I was planning on making a two liter yeast starter and when done proceeding to dumping the yeast starter and all ten gallons of apple juice in my brew pot (only because its the only thing big enough to hold everything). I would then take my electric drill and aeration attachment and blend the hell outta everything and split it between two 5 gallon buckets.

Any problems with this idea? I am afraid of splitting the yeast starter in two and dumping it into two separate buckets because I am not sure how to insure that the yeast splits as evenly as possible.

Probably should have just gotten two yeast packets but thats all I have...
