Hey folks. My 6 y/o is begging me to make root beer. I haven't found a 1 gallon, easy root beer recipe floating around. Any suggestions?

It's got a lot of recipes. Though I wouldn't look down my nose at the extracts either- they still come out better than anything you can buy in a can.
