This is a great, and very simple recipe I just tried. I combined a few different recipes together to get it.
Ingredients:
2.8 L of Pale LME or DME equivalent
50g (2oz) Cascade Hops
50g (2oz) Willamette Hops
Zest from 2 large oranges
Procedure:
Boil 14L of water with pale LME. After the break set time for 60 minutes and add 30g of Cascade hops or approximately 1.7 oz. With 20 minutes remaining add 20g or approx 1 oz Willamette. With 2 minutes left add 10g Willamette, 5g cascade and orange zest. Pitch yest
DRY HOP!!! the rest of the hops loose in secondary fermentation.
Result:
Really smooth with a bitter start and a citrus fresh finish. Great for summer nights!
