I have 11 pounds of grain i bought and had crushed almost two months ago. I havent had a chance to brew yet. Is it worth using this weekend or should I buy new grain. It has been stored in the paper bag my spare room.

I would bet two-month old crushed grain in a paper sack would be a bit stale, but still usable.

Next time, throw the grain in a ziplock bag and purge out the oxygen or a tupperware container. Oxygen, bugs, and moisture are really the only things that will deteriorate grain. Take away those factors, and it will stay pretty indefinitely.

Taste it, most likely it may be a bit stale but still useable. Like Topher says, keep it in airtight containers. If it is not crushed it will keep even longer.
