wheat malt 15 lbs 4 oz
pale malt (marris otter) 11 lbs 8 oz
caramunich I 6 lbs 8 oz
crystal 70-90L 3 lbs
aromatic 2 lbs
carapils 1 lb
chocolate ~350L 6 oz

60 min boil
Alexander's wheat malt extract 4 lbs
german hallertau pellets 2 oz
belgian candi sugar 40 srm 1 lb

30 min
light brown sugar 8 oz

15 min
rice syrup solids 1 lb
tettnang pellet 1 oz
organic clover honey 2 cups
irish moss 3 tbsp

5 min
added yeast nutrient ~2 tsp dissolved in 1/4 cup of warm water

WLP300 hefe ale yeast

decided to go a little crazy. tried my first decoction mash with this. 30 min boil and rest was around 160. Everything went smooth. I will update with more specifics and a final gravity number and so on. I'm also considering dry hopping with 1 oz of hallertau leaf hops, but letting this one sit a while before then.
