I just bought a aquarium pump to aerate my wort which the package states is rated for 5 gallons. I was wondering if anyone know a good trick to determine air flow rate (ml/L/min?) to determine how long to aerate my wort. Or should I just sit back and follow the 30-60 minute rule of thumb.
