I thought this was interesting. It's been 48hrs since I pitched my yeast into a Scottish Ale. I'm using Wyeast 1728. As you can see there's a large yeast raft right at the top and the wort has been sucked up into my blowoff tube. It's percolating nicely, I've just never seen this before.
