1 hour mash at 152 degrees
90 minute boil
Fermentables:
7lb Pilsner
4lb Wheat Malt
1lb Flaked Wheat
.5lb Flaked Oats
Hops:
1oz Bravo (15%AA)- FWH
1oz Cascade (6%AA) - 30min
.25oz Galaxy (13%AA) - 10min
.25oz Galaxy (13%AA) - 5min
.5oz Galaxy (13%AA) - Flameout
Spices:
1oz Lemongrass - 10min
1oz Fresh Orange Peel - 10min
.5oz Coriander - 10min
Yeast:
WLP550
Ferment 2 weeks at 68 degrees
Comes out to 1.060~OG→1.011~FG→6.5%ABV 47 IBU 3.4°L SRM
