Brewing this up next. Need help/opinions on grain bill & sub'ing it out for a portion of extract (liquid munich mostly). Also, anything else that sticks out. I know they currently dry hop with Amarillo that's not listed under the old CYBI recipe, listed here:

I'm also messing with the hops pretty good. Styles, additions etc. Should I expect something close, or not at all? Also, should I add in a pound of wheat for head retention? Here's what I have so far:
