Brewing this up next. Need help/opinions on grain bill & sub'ing it out for a portion of extract (liquid munich mostly). Also, anything else that sticks out. I know they currently dry hop with Amarillo that's not listed under the old CYBI recipe, listed here:

http://hopville.com/recipe/766423

I'm also messing with the hops pretty good. Styles, additions etc. Should I expect something close, or not at all? Also, should I add in a pound of wheat for head retention? Here's what I have so far:

Batch size is all F'ed. Anyways, let me know what you think. Thanks! :mug:

I would for sure dry hop with the 2.15 oz of Amarillo like they do. Makes the hop character IMO. My batch is sitting on them now and tastes pretty on par.

Thanks. Guess I'm just going for a hoppy red per se. I really enjoy that chewy mouthfeel of G'knight. Although heard kinda turns into a fruitbomb is not consumed right away. Anyways, if I decide to really up the Citra I might switch it around to a Rye based instead.

Let me know how it turns out ;)
