Have the 240v 5500W ripple element at the moment..
Before brewing, I have to remove it to clean off rust.
Sometimes i don't brew because or the "Detach wires, Unscrew..etc..etc"
Any, "All" Stainless Steel Element out there..
Or the next best thing, Looking to not having to remove element

Rust? Or caked on Proteins?

After brewing many of us heat 170F Oxiclean or PBW water and cook it for awhile and then brush off any residue. If you are seeing rust you might need to install a water heater anode. Look for the RV magnesium anode talked about elsewhere on HBT.

Mine develops a tiny bit of surface rust, but I just give it a rinse before brewing and don't worry about it.

McMaster-Carr sells stainless immersion heaters. A 1" NPT screw-in job will only cost you $201.43. And the largest they have is 1500w :)
