My brewing over the weekend yielded about 4 gallons after evaporation and am curious how much priming sugar I should use for this amount.
6/10 of a cup. Basically just a little over 1/2 a cup, thats if you follow the 3/4cup Dextrose per 5 gal batch
ooh thanks lol. I need to proofread my posts. That could of been a big bottle bomb
Fixed that for you.
You can also weigh it if you have a good scale. 1 oz per gallon, so you'd need 4 oz.
Do they give out 4 oz or 5 oz with a kit?
I always thought it was 4 so...dividing 5 gals by 4 you get .8 oz per gallon.

Couldn't you just add a gallon of water to make it 5?
I wasn't sure if I should have topped it off or not, so I left it.
