Hello,
I just started brewing about a month and a half ago and already I enjoy the hell out of it. I started with a extract/specialty grains brew [Fat Tire Amber Ale Clone] that came out great... good enough my neighbor isn't being such a **** anymore at least when he got a six pack.
I did a second extract/grain brew [Centennial Blonde Ale] that is fermenting now. So what I was wondering is does anyone have a really great but a little bit more difficult beer recipe that I could get into?
I went to the LHBS and asked them but I came away so confused by the owner that I came home and made Apfelwein just to make something that seemed simple enough.
I already freaking love Apfelwein btw.
Thanks for the help,
Pete
