Anyone with an eye for color?

My personal mission is to brew an APA with this exact color.I contacted the editor of Draft requesting more info,but I guess I'm small potatoes..(shed a single tear,lower lip trembles)
Mixed 40 with biscuit,60 alone,10 with Munich,
20 with Vienna...
It's that time of year for the dark brew,yet I hate to leave unfinished business for 2012.
Dear god help an OCD brewer!

Id call that an SRM eight, a bit red. By a strange coincidence, tomorrow Im brewing 8 Maris Otter Crisp and 2 Munich. That should be pretty close.

I recently did a Special Bitter with Maris,English 60,and Biscuit.
One of my favorite combos so far.

If you hold that up just right, I bet it has a killer flame...The beer or the Axe....
