I cultured the yeast from two bottles of Oberon last Sun and today (Friday) there seems to be some activity in my flask. I have an obvious traub on the bottom of the flask and some co2 bubbles on the top of the wort. I started with 200ml water and 20g of DME with a little yeast nutrient.
When should I step this up and how much more wort should I add?
