Oh man, just one of the best beers of all time! I have been researching to try and find something and I found a pretty decent looking recipe on another thread. Do a google search and you can find some good info. There seems to be alot of variation on peoples idea of what is actually in it, but I think you could come up with some pretty good approximations.

i've read (can't find where) that it's just base malt and belgian candy sugar. (and of course whatever yeast Watou uses) Who knows.
But it is indeed one great beer.
