Made a new batch for me, an apple cider with raspberry juice. Heat Wave Cider is a semi-sweet, sparkling apple cider made with 12 percent raspberrry juice. Poured in a glass, Heat Wave has an appealing raspberry aroma. When you drink it, the raspberries give a balancing tartness and structure to the cider.

Sounds good. What did you use for raspberry juice? 12% of straight, unsweetened raspberry juice seems like it might be too tart.
