Good lord, I have the jitters, must be withdraw. :fro: They blew a server and are waiting on a shiny new one. Now what do I do while I'm at work?

You know... I've never actually used wyeast. Nothing personal, but both my LHBS have a well stocked White labs inventory.

More general yeast information, not just Wyeast.

I went ahead and bought Palmers 60 min boil. That should get me trough. lol
