When making a beer last night I made three mistakes... not sure how bad this will effect the beer

1) Forgot Whrilflock and nutrient at 15 so threw it in at 5
2) I tried a new thing which was to add the LME at the end of the boil. After cooling I transferred the beer to the bottle and discover a bunch of undissolved LME at the bottom of the pot:drunk:
3) during the cooling I was recirculating the beer through a chill plate with a pump... for one reason or another it added an 1" of foam to the top- not sure why this happened... maybe from the undissolved LME at the bottom?

Beer appears to be fermenting fine though with a starter that was added.

Thoughts?

Worst case, undissolved LME causes your OG to be a few points low, you lost a little ABV, it will be fine.
