i know this is a stupid question, but can you pull beer out of the fridge, warm it, and re-carbonate it in the bottle, or is all lost?

Yes.
The yeast are dormant, when you warm them back up they will wake up and consume any unfermentable sugars. That is of course, if there are still sugars left to eat.

Give them a little shake as well after the beer's warmed up a bit, in a few hours. Once the yeast warms it will be easier to get them back up in solution. You want to kick them out of their nice cool bed and get them working again.

thank you- i really appreciate it.. i'm hopin i can make an epic save . i have 2 ounces each of centennial, warrior, simcoe, cascade, and chinhook riding on it...
