How much honey are you using? If it's a relatively small amount you probably won't notice much if any thin or dry finish. Hard to say without a recipe because you may already have a grain bill that will offset some of the perceived dryness or thin tasting beer.

If you do want to improve the body of the beer a bit you may also want to look at maltodextrin, carapils, or lactose.
