OK... So I'm steeping my grains when I realize that the HBS forgot half of my hops!!! To make matters worse, I only have 1/4 oz of centennial to substitute. Can you help me change this hop schedule? I've turned off the burner and am trying to figure out what to do. Here's the original extract recipe:

1/2 lb Carapils
1/4 lb White Wheat
6.5 lbs Wheat Extract
60 minutes 1.5oz Hersbrucker 2.4% AA
15 minutes 1/4 oz sweet orange peel (dry)
10 minuntes 1/4 oz crushed coriander
5 minutes 1/2 oz Hersbrucker 2.4% AA

This is what I have in stock:
1 oz Hersbrucker 2.4% AA and 1/4 oz Centennial 9.0% AA

How do I make the best of this? I need to brew this today - LHBS is closed today.

Thanks! :)

if you add that 1/4 oz of centennial to 1/2 oz of hersbrucker, it should be just about right for the AAs for the bittering addition (and still leave you 1/2 oz hersbrucker for the 5 min addition)
