Hey all! I've posted a few things around here, but I've mostly been lurking around. I've had a question ever since I started reading about people using old kegs for brew kettles. I've heard and read that most steel and aluminum cans are lined with a BPA-epoxy resin. I've heard that if this heats or cools to extreme temperatures it can give off cancer causing byproducts. I hate to be "that guy", but do the kegs that some people use for boiling contain this lining? Am I just being overly worried about something I shouldn't really worry about at all? Thanks for listening!
