Pressure limits of jolly pumpkin bottles

I have a sour saison I wanted to bottle at around 3.5 to 4. Dont want bombs..curious if anyone has used jp bottles..i know they are strong...and that they have some hi carbed beers.

Ok..well of the jolly pumpkin drinkers...how highly carbed are threse...some I know are over 3.0, maybe as high as 4.0? Any help on this?
 
Never used them but the general rule of thumb is if a highly carbonated beverage was in them originally then they should be fine. If you are overly concerned try one and go from there. If not, body armor could be in your future.....LOL!
 
I think the cap would blow off before the bottle broke.

My uncle told me about the root beer my grandma used to make and naturally carbonate. He told me if they overcarbed the cap would fail, not the bottle. That was just the old returnable soda bottles. The only Jolly Pumpkin bottle I have is at least that tough.
