check the hippie food stores - I'm pretty sure Knudsen bottles in gallons - maybe you can special order them - I see it in quarts all the time.

Edit: nope... just quarts... darn it.

i wish. i recently made a pear/ apple cider and want to do an all pear cider. i had to use GOYA pear nectar and Gerber Pear Juice.

the GOYA stuff is only 33% juice, the rest is sugar etc, but obviously no preservatives. it is found in the hispanic section of supermarkets, and I paid $1.99/ 32oz.

the Gerber stuff is in the baby isle, of course. I paid about $2.29/ 32oz, and its 100% pear juice from concentrate.

the other option which i havent tried yet but am considering, its Vinters Pear Wine Base. Forrest from AHS has recommended it here before.
Austin Homebrew Supply

Let me know if you find anything additional, or how it works out if you use the Vinters.
