So here's my scenario.
I took the advice of my LHBS owner and burst carved (30psi for ten minutes while rocking back and forth) on Monday night. I bled the keg and then let is sit at 8 psi overnight. Beer was pouring really foamy and was cloudy. I let it sit for another 24 hours and had same results. I took it off the gas completely on Wednesday afternoon and let it sit until friday(just over 48 hours). Poured another pint with the same results. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is it possible there is something wrong with the beer? This is my first batch. Thanks in advance. Oh ya, beer was cooled to 38 degrees before kegging and has been at that temp or thereabouts ever since.
