help! accidentally restarted fermentation =(

on my first batch of skeeter pee here..

used sparkalloid to clear a few days ago.. cleared within 72 hours so i figured why not rack it and back sweeten it. well. i guess the sorbate and Kmeta didnt have time to do what theyre supposed to do, and it seems as though after adding my sweetening sugar ive kicked the fermentation back up. this is the last thing i wanted to do, as the pee already got to 11% and tastes fairly hot.. last thing i need is more alcohol. what to do?
 
Wait. The heat will die down. Eventually.

Or leave it as-is, keg it, and mix with fresh lemonade as you serve. that will kick up the lemon flavor and tone down the hooch-taste at the same time (think "skeeter pee shandy").
