So my beer has been cold crashed for a few days in the carboy. Just last night I added some gelatin and intended to leave it for another week before racking to the keg. My fridge just broke and I now need to store my currently full keg in my cold crashing fridge, there is only room for 2 kegs or one carboy.

My question is will my batch that I just gelatin'ed be okay clearing at room temps?

I've only done room temp gelatin additions followed by cold crashing. You'll be fine.

Oh, and most of the time I don't cold crash. So, again, it's all good. RDWHAHB.

I think that's what it's supposed to do - latch on to the haze-causing bits and then settle to the bottom, leaving your beer clear.
