Hello all, I am looking for a good Belgian Wit All-Grain recipe. I want to brew ten gallons of it soon for a buddy coming out here in one month from today. I will be kegging it. I had a Hoegarden last night and it was so light, fruity and refreshing. If any of you have a good recipe that you believe I would enjoy please share. Not looking for a blue moon clone btw. I'm looking for a beer in the 5-6% range. Thanks

Peter

I've brewed three wits and this is the best one I've brewed. It's probably the best summer beer I've brewed. The honey added late during fermentation really leaves a great honey character that you wouldn't get from adding it at the end of the boil.

A few additional comments on my previous post:

1. My mash efficiency is pretty low. The grain bill might be a bit high for anyone elses needs.
2. This was slightly bigger, hoppier, and darker than the style guidelines for a wit so I called it an imperial wit. I don't think you could tell the difference though.
