Agree with others, go with a lower OG beer for your first one, and have your LHBS double mill (I HIGHLY recommend getting your own mill when doing BIAB because you can crush the hell out of it since you don't have to worry about a stuck sparge).
My recommendation: BierMuncher's Centennial Blonde. Easy, cheap and from all accounts very tasty (mine's still in the fermenter, but smells wonderful)! If you want something a bit hoppier or darker, go for an APA, or take a look at NB's Irish Draught Ale recipe - that is delicious.
