i dnt accually have scales good enuf to messsure in grams for the yeast, so how many tea spoons could anyone sugest?

also if i bottle the cider, could i do a bottling bucket? if so how much sugar needs to go in the bucket before bottling?

sorry for so many questions on a simple recipe, i am pretty stupid

i am making it now so i supose ill guess if i dnt get an answer

thanks

5 Grams would be about a teaspoon. (I googled it- it's easy to do)

You can use your bottling bucket and bottling wand to bottle with.

To know how much priming sugar, you'd have to make sure the ferment is done- what is the f.g.? If the f.g. is over 1.000, I wouldn't add priming sugar at all. If the cider is say, .994 or so, you could carbonate it like beer.
