I have a 5 gallon batch ready to bottle and it tastes great but I'd like to have it just a little sweeter. Should/can I use Lactose and any ideas how much to use? Can I stir it into my bottling bucket??
They say Lactose does not ferment and will stay sweet and not cause bombs??
Or do i run the risk of ruining my beer this way?
