Hey, I just thought I'd share the lager chamber project.
I needed to make it big enough to hold the conical fermenter (for fermentation) and also to hold several cornys for lagering. It'll all be cooled by an A/C unit in the side. I hope the AC can power this big of a chamber down to 35 or so.

I made a similar box using 3.5 inches of the pink insulation board in the walls and 5.5 inches in the floor and ceiling and use a window AC to keep it consistently at 36*F. It works quite well. I used a CoolBot for the AC so I didn't need to rewire the AC at all but others seem to be able to do it as well with just a little rewiring. Either way should work I'd think. Good luck.
