Finished my Mash/Lauter Tun this morning and wanted to share some pictures. I have only ran water and oxy-clean through the system a couple of times, but I plan to use it tomorrow for an all-grain batch. The manifold is 1/2" CPVC with slots cut every 1/2" along the pipe. Since the manifold sits lower than the outlet, the last few connections are solid, so that the siphon can pull down to the bottom of the manifold.
