Planning on starting the build tomorrow. It will be constructed out out 4x4's 10' above ground level (rest of the support will be buried), and 4x4 cross braces. I took out the multiple rows of hops to keep the pictures simple.

I am no expert so disregard everything I say at your disgression.
Is 10-ft high enough? I would set two 24-ft posts, string a cable between, guy them to tighten the cable, tie a bunch of twines to the cable and stake them by your plants.
You could do all the setup (pulleys, twines etc...) on the ground before standing up the posts.
Just my opinion.

I ended up going bigger. I stacked two 8' 4x4's on themselves and buried them 2' in the ground. That makes my overall structure height at 14'. It is large! Pictures will come soon when I get a couple more cross braces put on.
