0.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 5.56 %
0.50 lb Wheat Malt, Ger (2.0 SRM) Grain 5.56 %
0.50 oz Galena [13.00 %] (90 min) Hops 25.1 IBU
0.25 oz Cascade [5.50 %] (5 min) Hops 1.0 IBU


Boil time: 90min
Primary Ferm: 14 days @ 62
Secondary: 7 days @ 62
Aged 2 weeks in keg.

Notes:
Single Infusion, Batch Sparge. Mashed at 152 and held for 60min.


Brewed this ale for my friends Bachelor party. I thought I would have the keg to myself for the weekend since my friends don't typically have lots of my beer. I was wrong... they all hailed this as my best beer to date. It lasted a day. Such a bitter sweet victory.

Beautiful looking beer.

That looks right up my alley... I am going to add it to the queue (and give it priority!)
