1st Batch of 2010 English Bitter

Thank goodness we are are in 2010.. To celebrate I am making the 1st beer I started with (with some changes)..
Original beer was Coopers Bitter, a no boil kit (turned out OK).

Today was the same hopped malt, but with changes to create what can be called wouldn't I like to be a fullers ESB..
1-Can Coopers Bitter LME (3.75#)
2# amber DME
1# crystal malt (steeped at 150 for 35 minute)
1oz Fuggles Hops (1/3 oz-30 minutes 2/3 oz 10 minutes)
Safale-04 (not the coopers yeast)
Boil time 40 minutes.
OG -1043
>Now>Sitting in swamp cooler at 62* for 4hrs
